Reuters: Facebook has deleted a video of Trump's interview with his daughter-in-law, Lara

A Facebook spokeswoman said on Wednesday that the social networking site removed a video recording of an interview with former US President Donald Trump, who is still banned from Facebook, from the page of his daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, who is married to Eric Trump, recently joined Fox News. She promoted an interview with Trump for her online show, The Right View, in Instagram posts on Tuesday.

She then posted a photo to an email from Facebook saying that the video she posted and Trump speaking was removed due to the ban imposed on his social media accounts.

Trump's Facebook and Instagram accounts were suspended indefinitely due to incitement to violence following riots by his supporters on January 6 in the US Congress. Facebook sent the Trump account comment file to its independent oversight board.

"Based on the ban we have imposed on Donald Trump's Facebook and Instagram accounts, any additional content with Donald Trump's voice will be removed and result in further restrictions on the accounts," the email said.

Jason Miller, a spokesman for Trump, did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the measure.
