Crushed oat biscuit

How to prepare


Put the biscuit with cinnamon, sugar and lemon peel in a bowl and put the butter until the ingredients are homogeneous.

Put the mixture in the cheesecake tray.


Put the mold in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, until the layer solidifies.


Whisk the cold cream in a blender with two tablespoons of sugar until foamy.


Mix half a cup of sugar and cream cheese with a whisk to get a frothy mixture.


Mix the milk and gelatin with a hand mixer until it melts.

Add the cream over the cheese mixture on a medium speed, add the lemon juice to the mixture and whisk them.
