Summary and goals of the Leicester City match against Tottenham in the English Premier League

Leicester City missed the chance to qualify for the Champions League, after falling into the trap of losing to Tottenham, 4-2, in the match that brought the two teams together this evening, Sunday, at King Power Stadium, in the last round of the English Premier League.



Leicester City advanced through veteran scorer Jimmy Vardy after 18 minutes from the penalty spot, Harry Kane drew 41, to score 23 goals, beating Salah by one goal, who plays a match at the same time against Crystal Palace.

In the second half, Leicester scored a goal by Jimmy Vardy in the 52nd minute as well from a penalty kick, then the Spurs scored twice through Kasper Schmeichel by mistake in his own net and Gareth Bale two goals in the minutes 76, 87 and 96.

With this result, Leicester City's balance stopped at point 66, while Liverpool ranked third with 69 points, and Chelsea ranked fourth with 67 points, to qualify the last two to the European Champions League, while the Foxes qualified for the European League, and Tottenham finished seventh with 62 points.
