How Neuer celebrated 100 caps with Germany

Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer celebrated his becoming the first goalkeeper to reach 100 caps with the German national team, after he played yesterday in the friendly match of his country’s team with his counterpart Latifa, as part of the German team’s preparations for Euro 2020, which begins next Friday and continues until Next July 11th.

And Manuel Neuer, through his account on Instagram, published pictures of honoring his colleagues in the national team and members of the technical staff, as they stood in line to salute him for this historic achievement, before yesterday's match with the Lativa team.

Noir commented on the honor, writing on his Instagram account: "It is a great honor for me."

Neuer began his career with the German national team on June 2, 2009, during a friendly match against the UAE team that ended with Germany winning 7-2, while his first official meeting was against Australia during the 2010 World Cup in South Africa and ended with the victory of the machine with a clean four.

Neuer won the 2014 World Cup with Germany at the expense of Argentina in the final.

The German national team plays in Euro 2020, in the sixth group competitions, which is called the group of death, given the presence of the teams of France, the 2018 World Cup holders, and Portugal, the holder of the last edition, alongside the Hungary team.

The German national team will start its campaign in the upcoming European Nations, by facing its French counterpart on June 15, then playing with Portugal on the 19th, and finally facing the Hungarian team on the 23rd of the same month.
