4 children injured in shooting in Virginia, USA, police are searching for the perpetrator

Norfolk County, Virginia, witnessed a shooting, wounding 4 children, after an argument between two people, according to what was published by the state's news site "WiFi".

The site stated that the police arrived after the accident, but a neighboring hospital reported receiving 4 victims, who are, according to the police, a 6-year-old girl, a 14-year-old boy, a 16-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy.

According to the site, one of the victims, a 6-year-old girl, had a gunshot wound to the stomach and was undergoing surgery - according to her uncle. She was originally reported to have been seriously injured, but police say she is now stable.

Norfolk Police Chief Larry Boone said none of the children had life-threatening injuries, adding that the shooter was known and hoped he would be arrested soon.
