608 million pounds, net foreign sales in the Egyptian Stock Exchange during the month of June


Egyptians’ transactions recorded 83.2% of the total transactions on shares listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange, during the sessions of last June. Foreigners accounted for 8.9%, and Arabs accounted for 7.9%, after excluding deals, according to the monthly report of the Egyptian Stock Exchange, and foreigners scored a net Selling on the Egyptian Stock Exchange worth 608.4 million pounds, while the Arabs recorded a net purchase of 288.2 million pounds, after excluding deals.

  

Egyptians’ transactions represented 81.8% of the trading value of listed shares since the beginning of the year after excluding deals, while foreigners recorded 11%, Arabs scored 7.2%, and foreigners recorded net sales on the Egyptian Stock Exchange since the beginning of the year at a value of 2.5 billion pounds, while Arabs continued to record a net purchase of 728.8 million pounds, on the listed shares, after excluding deals since the beginning of the year.

 

The main index of the Egyptian Stock Exchange “EGX30” decreased by 0.51% to close at the level of 10256.62 points, during the sessions of the month of June, while the index of small and medium stocks “EGX70 of equal weights” rose by 1.96% to close at the level of 2323.01 points, and the “EGX70” index rose by 1.96% to close at the level of 2323.01 points. EGX 100 of equal weights, an increase of 1.96%, to close at 3278.77 points, and the EGX 30 index of equal weights, up by 0.31%, closing at 12813.25 points, and the Excellence Index rose in the second trading week by 11.64% to close at 2406.22 points. .

 

The market capitalization of the Egyptian Stock Exchange rose by about 11.5 billion pounds during the June sessions, to close at 667.3 billion pounds, with a growth rate of 1.7%, and the market capitalization of the main index jumped from 336.5 billion pounds to 357.1 billion pounds, with a growth rate of 6.1%, and the market capitalization of the main index increased from 336.5 billion pounds to 357.1 billion pounds, with a growth rate of 6.1%. The money for the small and medium stock index increased from 111.9 billion pounds to 115.3 billion pounds, with a growth rate of 3.1%.
