Fins swimming team wins bronze at World Championships in Colombia


The fin swimming team won its first competition in the World Championships, currently held in Colombia, for open water fins for juniors and adults, and the bronze medal in a mixed relay race 4 x 150 m. The swimmers participating in the race (Ahmed Tamer - Mustafa Shaker - Jamila Ali - Nadi Magdy) .

 

For his part, Sameh El-Shazly, head of the Egyptian Diving and Rescue Federation, expressed his joy at this well-deserved medal for the swimmers of the national team for swimming in fins, and dedicating this medal to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic.

 

It is expected that Egypt will be crowned with one of the individual medals during that tournament, especially since the Egyptian missions during the two world championships in fin swimming for short distances for juniors and adults, which were held in Italy and Russia, crowned the Egyptian team with many different medals and achieved new Egyptian and Arab numbers in the world of fin swimming.
